Jeff Gongoer Dowana  Sr.

His Excellency Ambassador Jeff Gongoer Dowana Sr. is a seasoned diplomat with over three decades of experience in the Liberian Foreign Service. Before becoming Liberia's Ambassador to the United States, he served in various roles, including as Ambassador to Kuwait and Consul General in New York. Ambassador Dowana has represented Liberia at numerous international forums and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. His extensive diplomatic career reflects his dedication to promoting Liberia's interests globally, and he has earned certificates in diplomacy and journalism.
