Edouard Bouda

Mr. Edouard Bouda is an accomplished diplomat with a wealth of experience in international development and cooperation. After starting his career in Burkina Faso's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he gained valuable expertise in economic and financial matters, working closely with the World Bank. His leadership roles include Director of Multilateral Cooperation and Director General of Project Management for Donsin Airport. Since returning to diplomacy in 2023, he has been serving as Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of Burkina Faso in Washington, D.C. Bouda holds multiple degrees in economics and project management, and is actively involved in community initiatives that promote sustainable development.
