With a solid foundation in diplomacy, communication, and international relations, Ms. Parker brings a wealth of experience and insight to her current role, where she is dedicated to advancing Chad’s interests on a global stage.

Previously, Ms. Parker held the position of First Secretary in charge of Consular Affairs at the Embassy of Chad in Washington, D.C., where she effectively managed consular services and represented Chadian interests in the United States.

A world traveler and skilled linguist, Ms. Parker is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, allowing her to bridge cultures and foster diplomatic ties across diverse regions.
